Flavors

This project served as an exercise for me to try out certain animation effects. As the main object, I chose a gold monolith. Due to its simple and reduced form, it stands ideally in contrast with the more realistic surroundings. The combination of real and surreal made it possible to implement these dream-like scenes.

For the surroundings, I was inspired by various day and light situations. An important point was that all animations show a unique lighting mood. They should work together as an animated series, but should also be interesting enough on their own.
