BIM Animation

In order to draw attention to its own competence in the field of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its potential, Spacebar was able to create a web animation for the Büro für Bauökonomie AG in close cooperation with the graphic design agency FELDERVOGEL.

The style should appear "clean" with a focus on the different architectural elements without going into detail about the materials. The animation sequence consists of the building being built up from the base plate and then being completed with the roof. To illustrate the three-dimensionality, the camera rotates slightly around the building and ends with a flight over the roof. This final sequence makes it possible to convert the entire animation into a continuous loop.
